6 Valentine’s Day Cocktails & Mocktails
For anyone looking for a special beverage for your Valentine’s Day celebration, here are several alcoholic and non-alcoholic options. My friends and I sampled all different types of beverages during a brunch and, besides mimosas, these were some of our favorites.
Not only do I have drinks listed, but below that, you will find cute glasses and drink accessories I used to make them more festive. They just made our drinks look so pretty and added a little flare that made us feel a little fancier.

Three Mocktails
Pear and Rosemary Mocktail
Ingredients:
- Pear juice
- Rosemary Simple Syrup*
- Sparkling Water (I used Ginger flavored sparkling water.)
- Ice
- Sprig of Rosemary for garnish
* To make the Rosemary Simple Syrup, make simple syrup (Click the following link for the recipe I used to make simple syrup: Simple Syrup.), and then add two sprigs of rosemary to it. Let it soak for at least 30 minutes. Take the sprigs out and it will last for up to 10 days (At least that’s what my research has told me, but check on that for yourself.).
Shirley Temple
The classic mocktail. It’s the perfect color for Valentine’s Day, so I obviously had to add it. And truthfully, it feels so obvious that maybe you would forget how easy it is to have these items on hand.
Ingredients:
- Sprite
- Grenedine
Berry Punch
(Okay, so this one doesn’t seem like it’s a mocktail, per say, but it’s delicious. So I’m adding it.)
Ingredient:
- Raspberry Sherbert
- Sprite
- Strawberry Lemonade
- Raspberries and Strawberries for garnish
- Ice
If you have kiddos, this could be a fun drink for them to enjoy!
Three Cocktails
Spiked Pomegranate Punch
Ingredients:
- Pomegranate Juice (We ran out of pomegranate juice and this also tasted great with Cranberry Juice.)
- Pomegranate Seeds for garnish
- Vodka
- Ginger Ale
- Simple Syrup
- Prosecco or Champagne (I used Champagne)
- Ice
White Cranberry Mimosa
- White Cranberry Juice
- Champagne
- Raspberries (I used these because I didn’t have cranberries, but you could for sure use those instead.)
- Ice
Cranberry Ginger Cocktail
Ingredients:
- Ginger Limeade
- Cherry Limeade
- Vodka
- Ice
