6 Track Pants Outfits
Track pants aren’t just for the gym anymore. Depending on how you style them, they may even be something you wear into the office (depending on your office, of course).
If wearing one of these looks into the office doesn’t seem feasible, it can also be such a comfy way to dress up sweats for brunch or errands.
If you can’t imagine wearing sweats for any occasion other than to work out, try to keep an open mind. There’s nothing wrong with giving a new look a try.
One thing I always like to keep in mind when I’m trying a new look is to try it before I completely dismiss it. Maybe even more than once if it’s something I really like on other people. Sometimes if I don’t like it on me, it is potentially just my own insecurities and imposter syndrome taking over.
Below I have six track pants outfit ideas.
Outfit Ideas:
I personally own a black and red pair, but I feel like they work no matter what color pants you have. Here are a few examples for you!
If you want to replicate these outfits, you can scroll down to the Outfit Ideas Details section.
If you don’t want to commit to adding a pair of these pants into your wardrobe, try the looks with a pair of sweats you already own. However, if you are interested in adding a pair of side-striped track pants to your wardrobe, below are several options in plus size and straight size options.

Track Pants Options:
I won’t lie, I had a hard time finding track pants that aren’t joggers. I feel like this will change soon because they are gaining popularity. All the track pants and shorts I own, I got second hand on Postmark. I highly suggest looking online at second hand thrift stores like Poshmark and ThreadUp.
But I know not everyone is into shopping secondhand, so here are the few options I did find:
Both Size Options
Universal Standard Wide Leg Side Stripe Pants
Old Navy Black Pants (Comes in two other colors, but out of stock in a lot of sizes.)
